RETURN POLICY

1. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

2. Free return for States free tax : Montana, New Hampshire, Delaware, Oregon

3. You will be charged a return fee if the reason for return is not the fault of the product. For example, you will be charged a fee with reason is there is no need to use product.

We will promptly send you an Label Return and please paste it outside the return package and send it to the UPS station near you.

REFUND POLICY

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 7 to 14 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
